Refunds
Eligible products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt/invoice
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Customized or altered products
- Undergarments, accessories, or clearance sale items
- Products without original packaging or receipt
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
