Refund & Return Policy
At Multi Om Media, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and professional services. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
- Only eligible for return if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect as per invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Software Licenses, Antivirus Keys, Installed Operating Systems
- Opened printer cartridges, customized computers, or special-order items
- Services already rendered (repairs, installations, remote support)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or cash, based on agreement. Refund confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or Email.
4. Service Issues & Redo Policy
If you're unsatisfied with a service (e.g., repair or installation), we offer a free re-check within 3 days. No refund is processed for completed service, but we guarantee full support or fix.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. For custom builds or installations, cancellation charges may apply based on order progress.
